What We Like
You only have to take one Ubitol gel-cap daily, so you can take it when you take your other pills or vitamins and not have to worry about it again. The capsules have a slippery texture. The expiration date is clearly printed on the bottle, and a phone number is provided. The packaging is eye-appealing, and secure.

What We Don’t Like
The capsules are quite large, so if you’re not one that likes to swallow pills, you may have some trouble despite the smooth, slippery texture.

As always, check with your doctor before starting any new supplements because there are several options out there.
