Natural Cures: Swimmers Ear

Dry it Out
Gym Rat
Posted August 15, 2008
I'm in the pool a lot to train, and sometimes I am bothered by "swimmer's ear." To help relieve the discomfort, I've found that using a hair-dryer can help to dry as much moisture as possible inside the ear. Make sure it's on a low setting so that it will not burn the skin. Also make sure you keep the dryer moving so that your ear doesn't get too hot.
