That is, the most invaluable immune booster for your body is a healthy 8-9 hour sleep every night. Also, we should all eat a healthy small breakfast within 30 minutes of awakening. I like taking my customized multivitamin at that time as well. The concept of customized multivitamin makes a lot more sense to me than a "one size fits all" kind of approach.

A Danish citizen who had already recieved doses of Tamiflu developed flu-like symptoms that eventually led the person to the Statens Serum Institute, where they were treated for swine flu; reports from the institute state that the person has recovered and is in good health.
