Women – Get that Sexual Arousal Back WITHOUT Medications
There is nothing more destructive to a new marriage or new relationship than when women lose that sexual arousal. There are many reasons why this happens and can be detrimental to the relationship, especially when they once were able to have that sexual arousal as often as they wanted before.
Many times, once children enter the picture or new careers take precedence, the love life ends up suffering, not due to the lack of love, but to other factors that enter in. Women have many roles to play, especially when children enter into the relationship. It is not just the two of you anymore. Time becomes an issue and women simply become tired and worn down, making it harder to really get “into the mood” for lovemaking.
Low sexual arousal has affected many women and destroyed many marriages. Many times women will go to medications to help them. This is the last thing you should do. In fact, these medications have many side effects that could be detrimental to your health. Before you head out to the doctor’s office for a prescription, consider these more natural options.
• Mental stimulation could help you through that slump. It all depends on the reasons you feel you cannot get “into the mood”. If your doctor discovers you do not have a physical problem, consider roll playing, buying romantic poems, going on a vacation or lingerie. This can help you have some fun and get you more “in the mood”.
• Diet and exercise is the key to pretty much everything in your life. Whether you are having weight issues, heart problems or low sexual arousal, diet and exercise will be the key to your overall health. Believe it or not, physical health affects your sexual desire and arousal. In some cases, changing your diet and exercise habits can change increase your libido levels in as little as two months. However, it is likely to take from one to two years to see dramatic changes. You should create an exercise routine that involves four days of cardio a week. Drink a half gallon of water a day and add in some type of deep sea or cold water fish, such as halibut, salmon, sardines and shellfish. These types of fish have been proven to increase libido because of their high concentrations of essential omega fatty acids.
• Natural lubrication works wonders for women. It makes intercourse easier, however, it does not really do anything to increase libido. However, if lubrication issues are a cause of why women lose that desire due to pain or discomfort, than lubrication could be the answer! Try Kiwi Vine or a Botanical Extract gel for the safer more natural approach.
• Herbal supplements are another option that could work much faster than diet and exercise, although diet and exercise is great overall sexual health. Make sure the product you buy has at least one or more of the following ingredients: Epimedium, Niacin, Damian Leaf, Bayberry fruit and/or Ginkgo Biloba.
Low sexual arousal can be very upsetting to women. There are natural ways you can try before turning to medications that can cause many side effects. Give them a try and get that desire back in your love life again.
