A Look at Sleep Aids


Do you remember how you slept as a kid? Not “how” as in which position (on your back, your side, if you had the top bunk or not) – but the quality of sleep you got each and every night. Getting a little exercise is a great way to get better sleep. I often don't sleep well, but rarely ever have problems when I exercise during the day. Now if only I could motivate myself to exercise everyday...
